We’re sorry your purchase didn’t work out for you. To make it easy to find your perfect pair, we offer FREE returns and exchanges* for purchases made only on miavitashoes.com.au.*(Conditions apply for certain product categories).

You may return or exchange your merchandise for any reason within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in a resalable condition. Returns for refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Once we receive your return our team will be working hard to have that processed as fast as possible, although please be aware that times will vary during promotional periods. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

*Please Note: All exchanges, under the returns policy, can only be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value. We cannot process returns or exchanges for purchases made through other retailers. Strictly, one free return or exchange per order number.


Step One: Please contact customer service on 1300 856 226 or at info@miavitashoes.com.au to organise a returns & exchanges form to print at home.

For a return: Fill in the returns section of the form provided.
For an exchange: Fill out the exchange portion only on the form.

Step Two: Repackage your merchandise in its original packaging and include the completed form.

Step Three: Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your box and make note of the Australia Post tracking number in case you need to track your package at auspost.com.au. (If you do not use the provided shipping label and designated shipping method, Mia Vita is not able to refund shipping charges).

Step Four: Drop off your package at any authorized Australia Post location, or give it directly to your mail carrier. Please allow up to 5 days for the credit to show on your statement.

Q. How long will it take to receive my refund?
A. Once we have received your shoes back in our warehouse, it may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

Q. I've received a pair of Mia Vita shoes as gift but they're the incorrect size. Can I exchange them?
A. You can either exchange your gift item for the same style in a different size or colour, item of the same value or exchange it for an e-gift card for the amount of the gift item, to be redeemed at miavitashoes.com.au. *Please Note: The purchase of E-Gift Cards cannot be returned.

Q. Where do I drop my package for a return or exchange?
A.If you used the prepaid shipping label we included in your original shipment, drop off your package at any Australia Post location.

Find an Auspost location near you > If you do not use the Australia Post prepaid shipping label we provided with your original purchase, you can ship your shoes back to our warehouse at the address below using any carrier.
